Reasonably good and delicious breakfasts, can't be beat.

Gorgeous and clean hotel, the staff is very courteous and exceptionally pleasant. Make sure you stay in the junior suite with a king size bed and candys for kids and champagne. The location is marvellous and really close to the beach and Playa Del Carmen, which for the family friendly side is called Paradisus La Esmerelda.

The location was great, short walk from Extreme Games Cancun. What's more, it was close enough to the Royal Service areas. Neat and cheap room and extremely comfy bed so I slept well.

The room was neat with whirlpool, a basic view, King bed, could leave my car on site. The hotel was in a stunning location short walk to a restaurant, and markets store.

It had a wide array of meals for breakfast, including fresh fruit and meats. The location was stunning and favourable, short walk to 15min ride and Cancun for a post-engagement/birthday celebration and the Paradisus in Playa del Carmen. The pool was very clean and the staff was immensely pleasant.

An incredible hotel in Cancun with accommodating staff at the reception desk. Magnificent and lovely location in Cancun, next to all public areas, and beach. Also, in the Club Melia tower. Neat and airy rooms with a lovely view of the ocean.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and offer excellent views. The all-inclusive option is excellent, with delicious food at the restaurants. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially Oscar, Lorena, Julio, and José. The beach is brilliant, and the breakfast with a view is fantastic. a luxurious experience worth recommending.

We absolutely loved this resort! The rooms were amazing and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to the bartender who was fantastic. We really appreciated how close the resort was to Restaurante Fuego, which allowed us to have a great dinner there. Hands down, this was the best property we have ever stayed at.

The stay here was awesome for such a memorable relaxing vacation. In general, I thoroughly enjoyed my nice and breathtaking room with "designer " furniture. The location of the hotel was favourable, super close to the airport. The venue had a pool and was right by the Aquaworld, and the beach and pools.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and offered breathtaking views of the beach. The lobby impressed us with its unique indoor garden, something we hadn't seen before in a hotel. Despite being almost at full capacity, the pool and beach areas never felt crowded. The food was exceptional, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city's attractions and dine at nearby restaurants. The cleanliness, facilities, and transportation options were all top-notch, adding to our overall enjoyable experience.

We had the best time at this incredible resort! Located right in the heart of the tower, we were able to easily access all of the amazing restaurants available. Our room had a stunning view of the ocean, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The service at the MELVA restaurant was top-notch, with attentive staff and delicious breakfast options. We also enjoyed the pool and beach cabanas, which provided the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. our experience at this resort was fantastic!

The only downside was the limited real estate, which led to crowded areas like the breakfast buffet.
